Foot reflexology is based on the understanding that the soles of the feet contain points corresponding to individual organs and areas of the body. With gentle pressure on these points I support the balance of the body, its release and overall wellbeing. It's a surprisingly deep experience that acts on the whole body, even though I work only with the feet.
How foot reflexology works
You lie down comfortably and I focus specifically on your feet. I gradually work through the reflex points and areas, sensing where the body is more sensitive. I adapt the pressure so that it is effective and at the same time pleasant.
Many clients relax deeply during reflexology and some even fall asleep — which is completely fine.

Who reflexology is suitable for

What to keep in mind
I don't recommend reflexology in case of acute illnesses, fever, inflammation of the veins, fungal foot conditions or fresh injuries to the feet. During pregnancy and with more serious health problems, please consult first and let me know.
