What Data I Process
- Identification and contact details: name, phone and e-mail (from a phone booking, e-mail or a reservation via Notino).
- Information about the booked service and its date and time.
- Health information necessary for performing the massage safely – only if you provide it yourself and solely for this purpose.
Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
- Booking and providing the massage (performance of a contract).
- Communicating with you and handling your enquiry (legitimate interest).
- Processing health information only on the basis of your explicit consent and solely to perform the service safely.
Retention Period
I retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations, after which I securely delete it. I keep contact details related to a booking for a maximum of 3 years from your last visit, unless a longer period is required by law.
Data Recipients and Cookies
I do not pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes. For online booking I use the Notino reservation platform and a hosting provider (Cloudflare) to run the website; these processors handle your data only to the extent necessary to provide the service.
This website itself does not set any tracking or marketing cookies and does not use analytics tools. Fonts and all content are served directly from this website.
The Contact page contains a Google Maps map. The map only loads after you click the "Show map" button — only then may your IP address be transferred to Google and Google cookies be set. Nothing is loaded from Google servers without your click.
Your Rights
- The right to access your data and have it corrected.
- The right to erasure and restriction of processing.
- The right to object and to withdraw consent.
- The right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
