Booking
You can arrange a massage appointment by phone on +420 728 276 629 or online via the Notino reservation platform. When booking, please let me know about any health limitations so that I can choose a suitable and safe technique.
Prices and Payment
Current prices can be found in the price list, or I can tell you over the phone. You can pay in cash, by card, by QR payment or with a gift voucher.
Cancellation Policy
- An appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge no later than 24 hours before its start.
- If you cancel later than 24 hours before the appointment or fail to show up, 50 % of the price of the booked massage may be charged.
- Thank you for your understanding – as a masseuse I work by appointment and the freed-up time often cannot be filled.
Gift Vouchers
A gift voucher can be redeemed for a massage according to its value or type. The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. The voucher is transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please let me know as soon as possible – ideally directly during your visit, or by phone on +420 728 276 629 or by e-mail at [email protected]. I will handle your complaint without undue delay, no later than 30 days after it is made. Rights arising from defective performance are governed by the Czech Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.).
Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, consumers have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution. The competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Prague 1, www.coi.cz. Disputes can also be resolved online via the European ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Health Condition
A massage is not a substitute for medical care. In the case of acute problems, fever, infectious diseases, fresh injuries, during pregnancy and with serious diagnoses, please consult a doctor first and inform me before the massage.
Effective Date
These terms and conditions are valid and effective from 1 July 2026.
