The goal isn't to 'break up' the muscles, but to give you deep rest.
How a relaxation massage works
The massage takes place in the calm, private setting of Hotel Vista in Brno. I work with pleasantly warm oil and choose a pressure that feels good to you — from very gentle to medium-firm. The pace is slow and flowing, so that your body and mind have time to truly relax.
I focus on the whole body: back, neck, shoulders, arms, legs. During the massage you don't have to worry about a thing — just lie down, breathe and let the tension go.
