The Breuss massage is a gentle, sensitive back massage focused on the spine. It is performed with St. John's wort oil along the spine, and its aim is to release tension, support circulation and give the intervertebral discs more space. I often do it in combination with the Dorn Method — the Breuss massage prepares and relaxes the body, and the Dorn Method then realigns the joints.
How the Breuss massage works
I apply St. John's wort oil to the back and massage the area along the spine with gentle, slow strokes. The massage is very gentle and relaxing, with no deep pressure. Meanwhile, you fully relax and calm down.
For the best effect, I am happy to combine it with the Dorn Method.
Effects and benefits
- Release of tension along the spine
- Support for circulation in the back
- Deep mental and physical calming
- Preparing the spine for the Dorn Method
Who it is suitable for
- People with tension and stiffness in the back
- Those who want a gentle, pain-free spine massage
- As a complement to the Dorn Method
What to keep in mind
St. John's wort oil increases the skin's sensitivity to the sun — avoid intense sunbathing after the massage. I do not recommend the massage in cases of acute spinal problems without consulting your doctor. Please inform me of any health limitations.
